The concept of welcomemap.ca was developed in collaboration with partners throughout the Kootenay / Boundary Region. Important information will be provided for newcomers to our communities in an easily accessible format helping them to find services and information with ease.Our partners believe increased community awareness and support for newcomers, through education and networking, will increase our community´s ability to contribute to a sense of belonging and inclusion for newcomers in our communities.
